Ecstasy

Ecstasy abounded as she sat all alone
Just waiting for her roommate’s return
Their weekend was planned with romance and fun
Alone with her lover she could yearn.

Every smile, every look, every sexy little word
From her sweeties most beautiful face
Had melted her heart in so many ways
And left her in this romantic daze

Her mind briefly wandered in her relaxed state
Of roses, intimacy and wine
She felt the excitement was growing inside
Having sex in this room would be fine.

A brief knock on the door made her heart leap with joy.
Her sweetie was waiting outside
But as she moved from the bed with excitement around
A new scent floated around in her mind.

This scent she remembered, it was lost from her past
A masculine debonair smell
As she slowly turned the handle her thoughts did arrange
She remembered the cologne oh quite well.

Then she peered ‘round the door, her sweetie in mind
But his figure impressively shown
A shiver of panic quickly raced through her loins
Yet the passion inside her had grown

He didn’t say a word, just made his way in
He grabbed her and lifted to his chest
He gazed at her eyes as he walked from the door
He stopped at the bed for her rest

She laid very still just staring up at him
As his hands softly entered her blouse
And softly but firmly he rest on her breasts
She frighteningly subdued to arouse

She knew that her sweetie was near to her now
She feared that any time he’d come in
She thought to herself that she wanted him to leave
But she yearned for the thought of this sin

He lowered his face down close to her cheek
Everything about her wanted to kiss
He stopped just short and whispered in her ear
“What part of me most do you miss”?

Her body was trembling from the touch of his hand
Her knee slowly rubbing his thigh
She wanted him, all of him, deeply inside
Her emotions were soaring up high

But in an instant he stopped and he stepped back away
And slowly backed up to the door.
You’ve got someone else waiting for you downstairs,
He’s your lover and I’m just the whore”.

I cared for you babe with all of my heart
And I thought that we were once a great love.
But I can’t give to you my heart once again
This time you’ll have to take it my dove

With that the door closed, he was gone in the night
She lay beautifully still to the core
A second knock at the door brought a tear to her eye
It was him that she wanted, nothing less, nothing more…...
